Bank Investment Program Sales Referral Tracker

2003 – This was built for a bank which also had an investment division. The President of the investment division wanted to monitor and encourage referral activity from personal bankers, loan officers, and tellers in the branches. It has a master log, with monthly referral detail and pivot report for each month. There’s also a macro that updates the entire sheet, which was activated by a custom button on the Excel menu. This particular example┬áis missing January because the roll out didn’t happen at year’s beginning. Each broker in the field had to send these back to the President once a month. Support calls for this tool were also handled.
